Trix-81 Tube Preamp Schematic

I'm posting a schematic for a 12AT7 stage i did this morning!

I wanted to check the health of my stock of tubes and it was the perfect occasion to do it, 12AT7 day lol

Nothing crazy, it's simply a cool sounding 12AT7 stage, tuned in a way i like, where you can voice the tube with gain staging, and it can be transparent, or give you a little more

I'm adding you sound files, current 'build state' and Rew capture

For the pleasure of our ears, in the sound files i added two very nice sounding 12AT7s, a Telefunken and a RFT
(i voiced them slightly hotter to see if they would break up too early if pushed a little)
And for the sake of comparison, i added a tired Philips one
+ original as always

RFT sounds wonderful in the low end, great push and the TFK amazed me because it gave that , and a little better even!

It's a nice way to know the musicality of your stock of components as well!
